WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AICO® Office Systems furniture is always manufactured in accordance with the highest standards for quality and is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in material and workmanship for five years from the date of manufacturing, when applied to the use and the conditions for which it was designed and manufactured.

Warranty Terms

• All AICO® Office Systems casegoods and seating carry a 5-year warranty to the original purchaser when used for single shift use.
• All hardware components such as drawer suspensions, lock, glides, hinges, etc. will carry the respective manufacture's warranty.
• All electrical components such as light fixtures, ballasts, etc. will carry the respective manufactures warranty.
• All warranty requests must go through the purchasing agent from where the product was purchased.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damaged by the carrier in-transit, which would be handled by separate terms.
• Modifications or alteration to the product in any way.
• Any product that is not properly maintained as recommended.
• Any product that is damaged by chemicals, abrasives or harsh cleaning agents.
• Damage due to negligence, accident, abuse or extreme conditions.
• Items purchased as floor samples or designated "as is" at the time of purchase.
• Products that are no longer being manufactured.
• Variations occurring in wood grain, texture and color of wood.
• Above warranty does not apply to AICO residential home office furniture, bars, bar stools, fireplace, firebox, and occasional tables. See AICO® warranty information at www.amini.com.
